The perfect start for people new to group fitness, LES MILLS RPM is a highly motivating and often addictive cycle workout that burn calories, build cardio fitness, and dial up the challenge factor to match your fitness level.
This is a great no-impact way to improve aerobic fitness and lose body fat. You can expect hill climbs, flat riding and speed work. It’s a great workout, you’re going to sweat, have fun, and ride to some pretty good music.
