The Back Yard
The back yard allows our members to enjoy the weather outside while working out. We have huge tires in the back and members can bring equipment outside.
The Field House
The field house is one of our functional training areas. Anything from battle ropes, punching and kicking bag, sled pushing or pulling, bumper plates, TRX/suspension training, box jumping, taking on the TANK or taking on our rock wall. We have a little of everything for you.
Our Spartan upstairs room is were we take fitness to the next level. From boxing gear, Muai Thai bags, speed bags, peg board, monkey bars, climbing ropes, TRX straps, Olympic rings and so much more.
