Notice: Starting 8/15/2018, All account cancellations, downgrades and freeze requests can only be done online, with proper documentation required.
Requesting to freeze your membership contains a $5 monthly fee, and memberships can be frozen for 3 months at a time nor more than 5 months in a 12-month period. If the annual fee falls with in the time of freezing the annual fee will process and charge.
Downgrading your membership is a 30 day notice.
