Hi everyone my name is Lynne and I currently instruct the yoga classes at
Kinetix on Monday and Wednesday nights from 5:30 to 6:30 pm.

The first time I experienced a yoga class was in the northeast many years
ago and I fell it love with the practice. Over the years I took various yoga
classes and when I decided to become an instructor I trained in the Kripalu
(means compassionate) style. I received my 200 hr training in St. Augustine,
Florida in the summer of 2009 over a five week period and have been teaching ever since.
I currently live in Pinellas Park and have been here over 30 years.
I enjoy going to the beach, parks, movies, bicycling, traveling as well taking various fitness classes.
