I was born and raised in Miami, Fl, but came to St Pete ten years ago. After
gaining some sympathetic baby weight when my first son was born, I struggled
finding motivation to work out. That’s when I stepped into my first Les Mills
BODYPUMP® class. I quickly became addicted to BODYPUMP® and
BODYCOMBAT®, and in 2010 I was convinced to go through BODYCOMBAT®
training. It was a natural fit with my martial arts background. Eight years
later and I’ve added CXWORX® and BODYFLOW® to my certifications.
My day job is running the video production department for Jabil, a major
international manufacturing company. My hobbies include portrait
photography, video games, traveling, yoga, and drinking wine
