My name is Dametris Woodley also known by my clients as Nova. I specialize in weight loss and strength/conditioning training. I am known for providing fast results by manipulating the body to reaching the physical goals in a expeditious manner.
I take pride in being very interactive and each workout is complete hands-on training. You will never see me standing around with a clip board. I am very much involved in working out directly with you through every workout, showing you the detail, the form and the targeted muscles for each movement. We work together as a team. I keep you motivated, and remind you of your personal goals each step of the way.
During my sessions, I incorporate cardiovascular and strength training, and emphasize the importance of flexibility and balance for total physical wellness. Most importantly, I strive to provide clients with a positive and satisfying experience that inspires reassurance in their personal ability to fulfill their health goals and everything else faced on a day to day basis.
I integrate my knowledge as a strength and conditioning specialist in designing an individualized, progressive program of cardiovascular, mobility, core, and strength training exercises for my clients based on their fitness goals and rehabilitation needs. I help clients master basic functional movements to improve their strength and fitness and to build a foundation for further gains. I am very interactive and each workout is complete hands-on training.
I believe in approaching fitness as a life-long behavior modification where we have continuous improvement. I like to define my sessions as simple, challenging, and efficient with an emphasis on proper form and mobility. My favorite client is anyone with a goal and a willingness to work towards it!
