About this Class
Come get stronger, lose weight and learn how to fight like a boxing professional. Train with former 3-time World Champion Noemi Bosques as she coaches you through fight camp training. This class features 30 minutes of strength and conditioning drills dedicated to get you strong and fast just like a pro boxer.
Next is 30 minutes of straight boxing drills, including varied bag drills and a mitt-punching session with a professional boxer who can teach you proper techniques.
This class caps off with a large focus on core work, designed to strengthen and tighten your core.
