Work out on your schedule with unlimited 24-access to our facility. Our facility uses a door scanner after-hours for members-only access, and we have CCTV cameras monitoring the gym for the safety of our members.

We have a dedicated room just for functional movement exercises. Choose a selection of battle ropes, box jumps, sled pushing, gymnastic rings and more to increase your body's range of motion and endurance.

Our trainers can work with you for weight loss meal plans. We offer a 12-week meal plan where we discuss your goals, keep track of your progress, and adjust accordingly to help you meet your goal.

Missed a class? Don't worry, we have a library of different classes on demand at the tip of your fingertips. Train with the class you want, at the time you want.

Our KIDS TIME room is designed to help today's busy parents get their workouts in without having to worry about their child. Our Kids Time attendants provide plenty of activities, games and crafts to get kids moving, playing and making new friends. The Kids Time room has a CCTV that is broadcasted as a video feed to a TV on the main floor, so rest assured that you can watch your kids as you work out.
