I am originally from Colorado where I received my B.S. in Health Care
promotion. I moved to Florida in 2013 and earned my M.S. in Exercise and
Nutrition Science. I am currently working on my PhD in Sport
Psychology. Outside of group exercise, I work at an electrical engineering
company as a health promotion and fitness specialist. No day is exactly the
same and I love it! When I am not teaching, working or doing homework, I like
to explore breweries, kayak and SUP board. And all with my pup by my side!
