This is a reaffirmation of the review I posted 5 years ago. Since then, I've moved to Dunedin and have gone to gyms closer to me with the Silver Sneakers plan. I've been to L.A.Fitness, Anytime, Crunch, Fitness 360 and YMCA in Palm Harbor and even Coastal Family and Amped in Largo. Now, after several years I'm back at Kinetix. Great place to work out. I’m bit old school so I still prefer the free weights. The second level also offers a variety of speed bags, heavy bags, upper cut and hooking punch equipment, etc. If you happen to be into that stuff. The clientele is friendly.
